At Vysaakind Welfare Foundation, donations play a vital role in supporting our mission. We encourage donors to contribute thoughtfully.

1. General Rule

Donations made online are non-refundable as they are immediately allocated to ongoing welfare projects.

2. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally make the same donation twice.

• Technical Error: If a transaction error occurs due to network or payment gateway issues.

• Wrong Amount: If you enter an incorrect donation amount due to system error.

3. Refund Process

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 working days of the transaction.

• You can email us with your donation details (transaction ID, date, and amount).

• Once verified, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

• Depending on your bank/payment gateway, it may take 10–15 working days for the refund to appear.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Donations made intentionally and successfully cannot be refunded.

• Claims without valid proof of error will not be entertained.

• Misuse of the refund request system will result in denial.
