Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Vysaakind Welfare Foundation, donations play a vital role in supporting our mission. We encourage donors to contribute thoughtfully.
1. General Rule
Donations made online are non-refundable as they are immediately allocated to ongoing welfare projects.
2. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:
Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally make the same donation twice.
Technical Error: If a transaction error occurs due to network or payment gateway issues.
Wrong Amount: If you enter an incorrect donation amount due to system error.
3. Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 working days of the transaction.
You can email us with your donation details (transaction ID, date, and amount).
Once verified, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Depending on your bank/payment gateway, it may take 10–15 working days for the refund to appear.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Donations made intentionally and successfully cannot be refunded.
Claims without valid proof of error will not be entertained.
Misuse of the refund request system will result in denial.
